LIMITED LEGACY CORPUS: this index holds ~55,000 facts captured ad hoc before the As-Filed engine existed (coverage is heaviest 2016-2019) and NO pipeline adds new filings to it — empty results are the normal answer outside that footprint. Retained for backward compatibility.
